We make a conscious effort to remain a small custom builder, building no more than 2 to 4 homes a year. The quality and supervision of your custom home are our priority. We are competitively priced with other builders, but limit the homes we take on per year to ensure we pay close attention to every detail of your home. Nell Homes works very closely with you from beginning to end, which is something our clients really enjoy.
